Up Close and Personal: EO and the Built Environment

Taking place in a venue like no other, our upcoming F2F EO Exchange in Swindon explores the power of developing people and how one business loved becoming an EOT so much, they did it twice.

Building a Brilliant EO Story

Join us this September at the National Self Build & Renovation Centre (NSBRC) – the only venue of its kind in the UK – for a gathering of the South West eoa community.

NSBRC originally became an employee ownership trust (EOT) before transitioning to a hybrid ownership model. Since then, it’s moved back to an EOT.

The business will share this unique story, highlighting the flexibility and adaptability of EO. This is an insightful, warts and all story you won’t hear anywhere else.

Co-sponsor – eoa Trustee member, Howden – will explore how to develop your own people to progress within the business with their L&D team as well as insights with customers.

As part of the event, you’ll be taken on a tour of the NSBRC’s impressive trade village. Get up close and personal with this unique venue.

Hack EO Topics

Our Hackathons bring you together in groups to tackle pressing EO topics. Come along to spark your thinking and come up with creative solutions. You might just have the answers everyone’s looking for.

Grow Your Network

There’ll be plenty of opportunities to bolster your EO connections. You’ll be free to ask questions, forge contacts, and share your own insights in our dedicated Open Space discussions.

Remember, this event isn’t just for EOBs, but for advisors and any eoa members with an interest in the South West. Sign up now and we’ll see you there!
