eoaLive! October – Tickets Available Now

By Dominic Cuthbert posted 29 days ago

Following the success of our sold-out inaugural eoaLive! event in June, we’re returning with the follow-up.

Taking place at The Lowry in Greater Manchester on Thursday 8 October, this one-day event brings together employee owners, leaders, and EO advisers together for practical insight, meaningful connection, and real-world learning.

Comprising keynotes, breakout sessions, exhibition space, and networking, the content is all built around you and your role – whether that’s within an employee owned business, supporting the sector, or exploring transition.

Continuing our theme for 2026, we’ll keep collectively #OwningIt. And what better way to Own It then joining the community in-person for connection and knowledge-sharing?

Click or tap here to secure your tickets now or keep reading to discover more. But you’ll have to be quick as places are limited to 250 and our last event sold out.

Eight Exciting Breakout Sessions

Through expert-led sessions, role-specific breakouts, and open, experience-driven discussion, you’ll gain actionable advice and relevant insight you can apply immediately within your business.

Sessions are based on the topics you’ve all been asking for right here in the eo Hub.

Beyond the Transition: Financing Your EO Business will offer practical insight into how EO businesses can manage debt, deferred consideration, and refinancing after transition while building financial resilience for the future.

It’s All About the Money: EOT Profit Share Schemes will explore how EO businesses can design fair, sustainable reward approaches and maintain engagement when profits are under pressure.

The Next Generation of EO Leaders: Succession Planning Within Your EOB will examine how EO businesses can develop future leaders, strengthen governance knowledge, and ensure ownership thrives across generations.

Whose Job is it Anyway? Trust Board vs Operating Board will help attendees understand the roles, responsibilities, and relationships that make EO governance work effectively in practice.

Making Employee Ownership Your Competitive Edge will show how businesses can use employee ownership to strengthen their brand, build customer trust, and create a clearer commercial advantage.

Harnessing EO to Attract & Retain Talent will explore how employee ownership can support recruitment, improve retention, and create a workplace culture where people want to stay and grow.

Incentivising Employees When You Can’t Pay a Bonus will share practical ways EO businesses can motivate, recognise, and retain people when financial rewards are limited.

Making Ownership Meaningful: The Employee Ownership Mindset will celebrate how employee owners bring ownership to life through everyday behaviours, cultural change, and meaningful involvement across the business.

Secure Your Place

Whether you're leading, advising, or delivering on the ground, you’ll leave with greater clarity, stronger confidence, and tools that make a difference.

This is your space to step back, sharpen your thinking, and focus on what matters most in your role within EO.

Head over the event page to discover even more and secure your place. For exhibition opportunities, contact events@employeeownership.co.uk.

We can’t wait to see you there.
